面对批评,首先考虑批评我们的人批评的是否正确,正确的话就虚心改正,不正确,也不能因为他的冤枉误解而对他大喊大叫,这样不但挽回不了你的面子,而且会毁坏你在他以及周围人心里的形象,即便你因反抗而暂且占了上风,那你也是得不偿失.因此,面对批评,我们要怎么做,古人早已告诉我们了：有则改之,无则加勉.
批评你的人是教育你的人.所以,面对批评,其次就要对批评你的人表示感谢.因为他批评你是因为他看得上你,认为你是一个可教的孺子,正所谓孺子可教也.看不上你的人,连看都不想看你一眼,更别指望他教育你了.对看得起你的人,道一声谢谢,你一点也不吃亏.有一个修行的人来到了一座山的山顶,他因长途跋涉已是疲惫不堪、饥肠辘辘.山顶有一池荷塘,荷塘里的荷花托着莲蓬.修行人饥饿难耐,就慌忙冲进荷塘,扯下了一个莲蓬.这时,一个愤怒的声音响起,声音来自这座山的山神,山神批评修行人,说你一个出家修行的人,怎么能损坏圣洁的莲花!这时又来了一群山贼,山贼看到荷花,就都冲进了去,一池美丽的荷花就被破坏殆尽,之后山贼们叫闹着走了,而此间山神一言未发.修行人对山神的做法很愤恨,问山神为什么,山神郑重其事地说：“你是修行之人,犯下错过,你以往的修行不就枉费了吗?那些山贼,只是一群无知之人,他们的生命早已是一张黑纸,纠正他们的罪过,他们的生命仍然还只会是一张黑纸.”
面对批评,还要调整好心态,如果他批评的不对,就用平和、宁静的心态勉励自己；如果对,也不要因此而自卑、自怜、妄自菲薄.
总之,面对批评,思考、冷静,有则改之无则加勉…

It's often to see that students get very frustrated when they are criticised by their teachers when they make mistakes. However, from my point of view, I think there is absolutely no need to be sad and gloom. As the old, famous saying goes: failure is the mother of success. What we should do is to turn these criticises into motivation. Right now, the situation we are facing is that often we are blamed because we 'deserve' it. It seems very common for people of all ages to make mistakes of the same kind several times. Hence, there is no doubt that we should quietly listen to other people's advise. I firmly believe only with meditation of why we are wrong, can we finally improve ourselves. What's more, the advise from people who are more experienced then us tend to make us develop much better.

So, next time when you face with these same kind of situation. Try to calm down and discuss with your advisor, parents, or your contempories. I'm sure that you will learn from every criticism!
