I didn't know why she gave up her first good job,and I asked her"Why?" 这个引号不必要.建议改成 and I asked her why.如果深究的话,first good job是一个比较奇怪的说法,你的意思应该是想说她的之前的一份工作还不错,但是你写出来的是“第一份好工作”,言下之意就是他之前有过若干工作,而大多数都不是好工作.所以这句话建议改成定于从句：gave up her previous job,which was really a good one.
"Singing is my dream all the time" she said firmly,这句话写的就很Chinglish.你想说“唱歌一直都是我的梦想”,更地道的表述应该是：Singing has always been my dream.
"I believe persistence makes my dream come true " 这句问题不大,但是建议用强调句,更能体现说话者的意思,I believe it was my persistence made my dream come true.
From her words,I immediately knew a truth:The insistence is the victory.这里insistence的确在中文里有坚持的意思,但是这个坚持有希望某人或者某事按照自己期冀的方向发展的意思,具有一定的主观性.建议继续使用persistence.另外,如果你想说“坚持就是胜利”这种句子的话,尽量选用一个比较贴近的英文箴言.在英语文化里,坚持是一个名词,胜利是另外一个名词,两者风马牛不相及,这种表述也是很Chinglish的.建议采用相似的警句.
