2 答案应为D,主句虚拟将来,应该用would be.
3 答案应为A,从句和主句都虚拟过去.从句退一格用过去完成时,主句用would（should）+ 现在完成时.
虚拟语气分为从句和主句,从句和主句又各自分为虚拟过去,虚拟现在,虚拟将来三种情况.语法书上有各情况的表格,一目了然,可以去看下.
insist属于词法的特殊情况,类似的有表示建议、命令、请求的几个词---advice,demand,suggest,etc.

2，if引导的条件状语从句，从句用一般过去时，主句根据情况来定。一般用一般现在时或者将来时。根据句子意思，应该用将来时。
3，last Saturday,发生在过去
If 引导的句子，就是发生在过去的过去，用过去完成时，主句用现在完成时。
