1 he was listening to music when his mother got home 用When,因为妈妈回家不是持久的动作
2 He was listening to the news while his mother was cooking 用while因为两样事情都是持久的
3 He was playing the piano when the accident happened 用when因为事故一般是瞬时间发生的
