如果您这句话是书本上看到的,虽然句子不对,但语法没错.至於为什麼用 paid 是因为虽然最後加了一句 later 但是还是可以是过去式.也就是代表他们在收到这发货单(收据/发票)後过没多久就去缴纳了那个费用,或是他们是先收到了单据才缴纳了费用的意思.而不是说他们已经收到单据了,然後想等一下才去缴纳它们.


如果说是自己写的需要修改,那麼建议可以这样写:

We have received and paid the invoice already.
We have received the invoice and made the payment as well.
