I think she didn't say yes or not ,because she was still in considering ,or,she didn't find any exact reason to persuade herself to refuse your love.
try your best to get together.and then ,tell her you will struggle for you future to give her happyness...Although she might leave you somehow.she would take you to her heart,and make a good memory to remenber you..
