其中he是主语① knows是谓语①（he knows）是主语② is good 是谓语②
在这个句子中缺宾语 就要用what
也许看起来有点复杂 你可以拿张纸来画一下
清晰明了
你给出的第一题是主语从句，用相同的方法分析句子结构你就可以知道他缺主语
这样就知道选what而不是that了
第二题是是同位语从句，用that来修饰the number of staff
