get around在做“各处旅行（走动）”或“（消息等）传开（=get round）”之意时,和get about没区别,后面不接宾语,可接状语
get around在做“逃避,回避；用计防止”之意时,后面要加宾语的,是get around（=get round）sthg.
然后就是get around/round to也要接sthg.,也可接to doing sthg.,即后面是个宾语,to是介词,是“找时间做；终于去做（某事）”之意

get around to
[getround to]抽出时间(做某事); 考虑(某事)
get about
旅行; 走动; (消息等)传播; 忙于工作; (病后)下床活动了
