The Seller confirms to sale the under-mentioned goods to the Buyer on the following terms and conditions:

TOTAL:SAY US DOLLAR FORTY TWO THOUSAND AND NINE HUNDRED ONLY
1.Port of Shipment:XINGANG,CHINA 2.Port of Destination:
3.Partial Shipment:not allowed Transhipment:allowed
4.Terms of Payment:T/T 30%PREPAID
5.Time of Shipment:within 45days after receipt of deposit
6.Insurance:To be covered by the Sellers for 110% of the invoice value covering all risks.
7.Inspection:Inspection date:Inspection place:Quality and quantity/weight of the goods are based on the certificate
issued by Manufacture/the Seller
8.Freight and shipment:the seller confirm the shipment agent cause the buyer has no agent in Tianjin ,the freight will be
paid by the seller first.The buyer pay the freight to the seller together with the other 70% at the sight of copy of B/L.
9.Payment:the buyer pay the last 70%after receipt of the copy of B/L.
10.Lodge a claim:the Buyers should lodge a claim against the Seller in writing with the survey report issued by
SGS/B.V/OMIC JIC.In the case that the goods do not confirm with the contract,within 21 arrival of goods as far as
such deficiency can be discovered by reasonable examination.
11.The general conditions are stated on the reverse side,which are the integral part of this contract.
12.The quality must be according with ISO4210-1996 standard.
13.Force Majeure:The seller shall not hold any responsibility for partial or total non-performance of this contract due to
Force Majeure.But the seller advice the buyer on time of such occurrence.
14.Arbitration:All dispute arising from the execution of,or in connection with this Contract,shall be submitted to the
China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission,Shanghai Commission,for arbitration in aaccordance
with the Rules of Arbitration of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.The award rendered
by the Commission shall be final and binding on both parties.

我有几个问题,第一出口合同不应该是你们自己做的吗,还不知道对你们是不是有利?
1,你的合同中支付条款就一个30%电汇,其余款怎么结,通过什么方式结都没有啊?是信用证还是电汇都没写
2,合同中没有体现贸易术语
3,你没有约定电汇时间,如果市场价格变动,对方迟迟不电汇,你就迟迟不能装运,不能履行合同
