The reserch on ownership structure and performance of the public company has been always treat as hot and difficult.The study between theory and practice has different concluds at home and abroad.Among these,the ownershiop structure takes the most important part in the company ,it's the basic management structure which determined the organization and the management ,eventurally determined the performance.
