Because of vast content, the character of resin determined the character of plastic, so people always treat resin as the synonym of plastic. For example, it is vogue to intinguish PVC resin and PVC plastic, Phonelic resin and Phonelic plastic. Actually resin and plastic are different concept. Resin is original compound unprocessed which is used for manufacturing plastic and for painting, adhesive and compound fibre. But most plastics contain resin and other materiels except a little plastics which contain 100% of resin.
