即要满足以下要求：
1、芯盒设计需要定规格,使之与射芯机及顶芯机构相吻合,设计方便；
2、区分不同刹车盘的工艺要求,做出分类标准工艺方案；
3、做出标准工艺型板布置图,为快速制造,统一浇道规格,方便批量制作.
4、满足人均每天一套工装的要求（芯盒图,型体图,工艺图,及各自零配件及装配图）
项目业绩：
通过两个月的方案探讨,完成了任务要求.
1、标准化了芯盒顶芯机构,使芯盒零配件标准化,方便选型；
2、分类了刹车盘结构,根据各自特色,制定了各自的工艺方案,降低了选择工艺方案的难度；
3、标准化了型板布置图,为机械大批量生产奠定了基础；
4、人均每天能够完成两套图纸设计.满足了生产要求.
通过方案的定型,还为推进一箱四件双层工艺奠定了基础.同时通过Magma模拟,成功解决了单片刹车盘的缩松缺陷（意外收获）.

通过改变工艺流程,从三维到二维的工序转变,及Magma模拟的采用,节约了产品的试制时间.在三个月内就完成了样件的制作.全程三坐标出具的全尺寸报告,球化率的100%检测,在第五个月完成了铸件的PPAP提交,在同等条件下,比澳大利亚PBR工厂提前一个月完成样品提交,同时产品质量比其要好.使我们顺利成为PBR的主要供应商.
