个人认为没有区别,It's time to do 的意思是：the time when sth happens or when sth should happen (某事发生或应该发生的)时间,时候.后面接的事件更加宽泛一些,如什么时候下班啊,什么时间上床睡觉啊,什么时间洗澡啊,等等.
It's about time to do 是该做什么的时间了,稍窄些,就是具体做一件事.
、没啥区别。加了about就类似于“差不多这个时候”。用法和it's time 一样、就像、it's high time和这俩也没什么区别。加了个high表示强调时机正合适
句型不一样咯。 IT'S TIME TO DO STH..句型。。。该做某事了。 It's about time. 首先可以独立用。。翻译成： 是时候了。 -I think i will fail the exam this time. -Well, it's about time. You haven't been studying hard. 另外就与it's time to do sth.....
