Introductions
Recently,our company has decided to step into foreign markets with our new range of product sports related goods.A instant research into the overseas market,more specifically,Asia market ,has been conducted by our department.
Findings
We went to different stores and supermarket,only to find an abundance of sports supplies,including sports shoes,clothes,and tools for various ball games ,baseball for instance.However,these are for adults.There are also many machindise targeted at youngests,ranging from small toys to as large as bicycles.All those existing commodities are manufactured by some local companies,most of which are start-ups while experienced in producing sports goods.What we found biggest disadvantages of them is their im matureness in providing the elderly with proper excercise facilities,which is however our strength.Therefore the elderly is the type of customer we should develop.
Recommendations
We are here also to suggest Ways of promoting our products .What comes first should be advertising.A dvertising on the newspaper that are most frequently read by the elderly- our target customers.Also It is vital for us to keep close cooperation relationship with local stores and supermarkets in order to compete for larger marketing share.Besides,some promotion activities could be orgnised in local communities to attract potential customers.
