A letter to the Freshmen
Dear Freshmen,
I have to confess that I'm writing this letter with great regret,which means that,I wasn't doing at my best on English and I find it's quite a struggle to pass the CET-4 test.
Being a freshman,I didn't follow professor's instructions.On the contrary,I wasted a lot of time on meaningless things,such as sleeping,online chatting and games.Sometimes I even didn't bother to show up on class.It's a shame to bet all my chips on staying up late before the final exams in order to make it all in one sitting.
Apart from that,it takes my parents more than 10,000 bucks to pay for my tuition and daily spending.I felt so guilty to waste their hard-earn money and let them down.
Further more,I would like to take this opportunity to urge all of you to learn from my lesson.Please do make the most of your precious school years.I believe with hardworking,you will become successful in study,especially in English.
