Taking exercise is good for our health.All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.By taking exercise,we can relax our body and mind.At the same time,we can harden our muscle and have a good figure.If we don't take exercise for a long time,we may easily fall sick.
I enjoy several outdoor sports.Swimming in the sea is my favorite.Because there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty,I prefer to swim in the sea.
Playing badminton is also fun.I can always find a place in the park for playing badminton.Besides,I enjoy jogging in the morning.Sometimes,I jog with my parents in the park.

Sports help everyone to keep healthy,happy,and efficient.So I pay special attention to games,especially table-tennis.Table tennis is my favorite game.I play it almost every day.
Table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action.It strengthens our muscles,expands our lungs,promotes the circulation of the blood,and causes a healthy action of the skin.Besides,it is very amusing and does not cost us much money.Table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football.It is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days.Thus,it is my favorite kind of exercise.
Positive and Negative Aspects of Sports 体育运动的利弊
Sports benefit us in many ways.First,sports call make us fit and strong physically.When taking part in sports,we get the chance to train almost all parts of our bodies.Second,sports call maintain our psychological well being.When we feel that we are in a low spirit.Taking part in sports can help us forget our anxieties and worries.Finally,sports can teach us some lessons about life.Through participation,we can learn that on the playground we not only struggle for our own self but also fight for our team.Sports teach us to be considerate,cooperative and optimistic.
But sports can also bring us a lot of trouble.This is especially true when we cannot planour activities properly.Too much exercise may make us exhausted.Too hard training may hurt us or even make us sick.
I am fond of sports very much.I feel that I not only gain a well balanced life through going in for sports,but also get more chances to make more friends,to move closer to nature.Sports add happiness to my everyday life when I participate in them in a proper way.
