Mooncake is a Chinese bakery product traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
When you first see a mooncake,you may see a round floor-wraped food just like the moon in the sky.
People usually eat mooncake with their families and friends.They divide the mooncakes into four or six pieces and share it with others.Parents will introduce the story about mooncakes to the children when they are eating.
A rich thick filling usually made from red beanor lotus seed paste is surrounded by a thin (2–3 mm) crust and may contain yolks from salted duck eggs.Therefore it will smell sweet.However,the flavor of mooncakes may be different,some taste sweet and others taste salty or even spicy.
All in all,people can enjoy mooncake once a year.
