I’m a primary school teacher, and always tried my best to teacher English. I know that children are the contributor of our country and there parents are hoping they can have a bright future. Though my teaching skill is much better than ever before, and I have been elected as an outstanding teacher in our city. I’ll never forget:“Not to advance (is) to go back.” In the following days, I will prepare to strengthen my education and teaching of theoretical study, and to improve my abilities of my education and scientific research. I’ll give first place to train my students to have self-learning abilities and to focus on my students’interests to learn English. And so, I will learn how to focus on the emotional and exchanges within my students, and to act as student’s mentor. and to be a warm-welcome teacher.
